Ann Marie Francia

OFFICE administrator

Ann Marie graduated from Berkeley College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She then received her Child Development Associate (CDA) from Norwalk Community College in 2000.  She worked at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons in NYC for over eight years. Joining the CDSW family in 1999, Ann Marie taught the Twos class for three years & then transitioned to office manager. She is the mother of three children & her interests include traveling, cross country skiing, reading & cooking.  

Summer Downey

OFFICE administrator

Summer received her BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut. She worked in fixed income asset management until she became a full time mom in 2009. Summer has lived in Wilton since 2008 & has three children who all attended CDSW. Summer joined the staff at CDSW in 2017 as a Twos teacher and taught for 3 years before transitioning into the Office. In her free time, Summer enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, hiking, and doing home DIY projects.

Maura Gleckler

AIde

Maura received a BA in Business Administration from Adelphi University. As a CPA, she worked at Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu for over ten years. Maura has worked at CDSW since 2000 as an office manager, substitute teacher & aide. Mother of two, Maura enjoys baking, photography & sports. She & her husband are active participants in the educational & medical charities they support in Texas & Connecticut, in memory of one of their sons.

Margaret O’Donnell

Aide

Margaret received her BA in Mass Media Communications from Denison University in 1994. She worked in marketing and promotions for multiple lifestyle publications for 14 years. Margaret and her family moved to Wilton in 2010 and all 3 of her girls attended CDSW.  She served on the board for 2 years and she is excited to be back in the school helping out in the classrooms as a floating aide. In her spare time, Margaret enjoys running, paddle tennis, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Elizabeth Taylor

Aide

Elizabeth joined the staff at CDSW in 2021 as a floating aide. She received her BS in Elementary Education and a BS for Liberal Studies from SCSU. After graduation, Elizabeth worked as a substitute teacher and then eventually began working in a preschool classroom. Since then, she has loved being a part of a preschool. Elizabeth lives in Woodbury with her husband and her cat Spooky and dog Blondie. In her free time she enjoys being active by going for walks, hikes, and at home workouts.
